WHEN DROPPING OFF:
  • Empty all pockets and remove cufflinks, pins, and collar stays.
  • Remove belts, hoods, and linings (sub garments are cleaned as separate items).
  • Point out any stains to the clerk. We will do our best effort to safely remove stains.
 WHEN PICKING UP:
  • Inspect your order for accuracy and completeness.
  • Report any discrepancies immediately
  • No discrepancy in count will be accepted once you leave the store.

GENERAL POLICIES
  • Services are to be pre-paid. We accept cash & all major credit cards.
  • Items dropped before 9:00 AM will be ready after 6:00 PM.
  • We will replace or repair buttons damaged in the cleaning process.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours from pickup-time.
  • Damaged articles are to be returned with ticket and the tag attached.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to inherent weakness or defect in materials.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables left in pockets.
  • We are not responsible for any articles not claimed within 30 days.
